The Place at Innsbrook provides large meeting spaces with Audio Visual services available upon request. Multiple Breakout rooms are also available for small group work. The Patio and Garden is the perfect setting for an "after-the-meeting" cocktail reception.

Order your staff, a great client or even just a friend a platter of our delicious, freshly baked cookies. Ranging from one dozen to as many as you may need! Innsbrook enjoys complimentary deliveries on cookie orders and boxed lunches.

Each year, from September 1st - October 31st order your platter of "The Pink Cookie" - a chocolate cookie with pink candy-coated chocolate pieces - and help support the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Ken Thers

Owner and General Manager

Ken’s career has spanned three decades and two continents.  Beginning his training in 1974 at the renowned Culinary Institute of Copenhagen, Ken quickly rose to Executive Sous Chef at Copenhagen’s Plaza Hotel, one of Europe’s most prestigious hotels.

In 1980, Ken came to the United States where he helped open some of the finest restaurants and executive conference centers on the East Coast.  They include:

  • Scanticon Princeton Conference Center, Executive Sous Chef
  • The Citrus Club, Executive Chef
  • Club Corporation of America, Regional Executive Chef
  • Lakeland Yacht and Country Club, Executive Chef
  • The Woods at Killington Resort, Food and Beverage Director
  • The Dominion Club at Wyndham, Food and Beverage Director

In 1995, Ken opened The Place at Innsbrook with much success as Innbrook’s premier “weddings, banquets, meetings, parties, picnic” place.

Ken’s accomplishments also include the Culinary Institute’s Bronze Medal, as well as several four star ratings.
